Our Services

Social Web provides marketing services for businesses, including custom ad creatives, landing pages, social media advertising, lead follow up automation, and sales support. We are based in Pennsylvania and serve businesses nationwide. The specific scope of work for any client is defined in a separate agreement.

Profit Guarantee

We offer a profit guarantee. If we do not make you profit within 90 days, we will refund you. This guarantee applies to the terms agreed upon in your service agreement. Results vary by business, industry, and market, and past results do not guarantee future performance. Any figures, returns, or case study results shown on our site are examples of real client outcomes and are not a promise that you will achieve the same results.

Your Responsibilities

To get the best results, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information about your business.
• Give us access to the accounts and platforms we need to do the work.
• Respond to our questions and requests in a reasonable timeframe.
• Follow through on your side of the sales process so leads can become revenue.

Payment

Fees for our services are set in your service agreement. You agree to pay on time according to that agreement. Ad spend on platforms like Facebook is separate from our fees and is paid by you directly to the platform unless we agree otherwise.

Intellectual Property

All content, creatives, landing pages, and materials we create for you remain our property until paid for in full. Once paid for, you receive a license to use the materials we created for your business. You may not resell or reuse our work for other businesses without our written permission.

No Warranties

Our services are provided as is. We work hard to deliver results, but marketing involves factors outside our control, including platform changes, market conditions, and how your business handles leads. We do not guarantee specific revenue numbers, lead counts, or return on investment beyond what is stated in your service agreement and our profit guarantee.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Social Web is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services that gave rise to the claim.

Third-Party Platforms

We work with third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their actions, policies, or changes that may affect your campaigns.

Termination

Either party may end the working relationship according to the terms in your service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any fees owed up to that point.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our site or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
